I can't believe it. In 30 days my favorite show of all time will be no more. I still remember the first time I saw Rent in April 1996. It was and still is to this day the single greatest experience that I have ever had in a Broadway theatre. Now considering I have seen over a hundred Broadway shows since that time that is saying a lot. Sure shows come and go. I know that. But no show has ever touched me and inspired me at the same time. Not too many shows can say that. It was because of this show that I was inspired to pursue my own dreams. And I am proud to say that I still am to this day. For those of you who haven't seen it this is your last chance. And for those of you who have seen it I say see it again. Only 36 performances left.
