Five Broadway Shows Set To Close Next Month

I can honestly say in all the years that I have been in this business I have never seen this many closings. As of today Hairspray,Spring Awakening,13,Spamalot,and Young Frankenstein are all set to close in January with rumors of two more to follow shortly.Plus with 3 other shows set to conclude their runs in March there could be up to ten Broadway theatres that are empty. The good news is there are up to a dozen shows set to open in the next few months. Broadway isn't going anywhere. You can count on that.
