"Cry Baby" is fun, fun, fluffy fun!

I caught the new musical "Cry-Baby", last week at the Marquis Theatre. It's based on the John Waters film that starred Johnny Depp and Ricki Lake. That's the same John Waters who brought you the mega hit "Hairspray", which is still running on Broadway and continues to sell out nightly.

This show comes to us from the same producers of Hairspray hoping lightning will strike again! And I believe a storm is a brewing!! It certainly has the same high energy performances we saw in Hairspray. It's probably some of the best dancing currently on Broadway.

What a talented cast, led by a lot of newcomers and the always funny and delightful Harriet Harris (Tony Award winner as Mrs. Meers in Thoroughly Modern Millie) (Emmy nominated for Desperate Housewives) and Chester Gregory II (Hairspray, Tarzan) and was just cast as Donkey in the new Shrek muscial. I laughed along with the entire audience throughout this show. Run and catch it now while it's at a great insider deal price. Call an Applause Theatre Service Sales Expert now to book at 800-451-9930. You are sure to have a great time, I did!!

It's Unanimous! Nothing but Raves for "Gypsy" and its star Patti Lupone!

I cannot remember a show that has opened to such amazing reviews across the board. "Gypsy", received raves from all the major New York theatre critics including the NY Times (who just gushed over the show and Patti), NY Daily News, NY Post, TimeOut, The New Yorker and Variety.

Gypsy is absolutely my favorite musical of all time and this production does not let you down by any means but I had my problems with the show and wouldn't say it's the best Gypsy that I've seen. Tyne Daly's performance was the best one that I was lucky enough to catch. But now with these amazing write ups, tickets are selling like crazy and don't miss this chance to see this classic musical. Because who knows after 3 revivals of this show in the last 15 years and no other Mermanesque female performer out there at the moment, we may not see it again for quite sometime.

Tony Award Winner Curtains Set To Close On June 29

Curtains, the musical comedy whodunit from composer John Kander and lyricist Fred Ebb, and writers Peter Stone and Rupert Holmes, will play its final performance on Broadway at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre on June 29 at 3 PM.

The musical Curtains stars 2007 Tony Award winner and four-time Emmy Award winner David Hyde Pierce as Lieutenant Frank Cioffi and Tony and Emmy Award winner Debra Monk as producer Carmen Bernstein. According to the shows press release Curtains "unfolds backstage at Boston's Colonial Theatre in 1959, where a new musical could be a Broadway smash, were it not for the presence of its talent-free leading lady. When the hapless star dies on opening night during her curtain call, Lieutenant Frank Cioffi (David Hyde Pierce) arrives on the scene to conduct an investigation. But the lure of the theatre proves irresistible and after an unexpected romance blooms for the stage-struck detective, he finds himself just as drawn toward making the show a hit, as he is in solving the murder."

I myself loved this charming show within a show musical, not to mention that this is the last collaboration between the Tony Award songwriting team of John Kander and Fred Ebb. Get your Curtains tickets now. You've only got until June 29th.

Get Tickets to The Country Girl On Broadway

Set to begin previews on April 3rd is Clifford Odets' The Country Girl. Starring Oscar Winners Morgan Freeman and Frances McDormand, with direction by Tony and Oscar winner Mike Nichols, The Country Girl is one of the most anticipated shows of the season. Playwright Clifford Odets' scored a big hit two years ago with Awake and Sing which won the Tony Award for Best Revival.

The Country Girl features the title character, Georgie, who is married to actor Frank Elgin, once a great theater star and now down on his luck. When Frank is offered a major role by hotshot director Bernie Dodd, he has the chance to make a major comeback. Being a huge Morgan Freeman fan, I personally can not wait to see it. Opening night for The Country Girl is April 27th. Get your tickets now to what is sure to be one of this season's biggest hits!

Get Tickets To See South Pacific, sure to be a Tony Award Winning Musical in 2008

I had the great pleasure of seeing the first revival of the fantastic Rodgers and Hammerstein II classic "South Pacific" last night in The Lincoln Center Theatre production at The Vivian Beaumont Theater. And what a superb show it is, even after the 58 years since its debut on Broadway. The original show played at New York's Majestic Theater then moved to the Broadway Theater and ran for 5 years and 1925 performances.

South Pacific is a musical based on two short stories found in a book called Tales of the South Pacific, written by the extremely talented novelist James A. Michener. The book won the Pulitzer Prize for "fiction" in 1948 and the original musical won the Pulitzer Prize for "drama" in 1950. The action takes place on a South Pacific Island during World War II.

In the original Broadway staging of South Pacific, the show explored the difficult issues of racial prejudice in a very candid fashion for that time. Many long time Broadway theater-goers have said that this show is often considered to be "one of the greatest musicals ever".

Even though I, myself was born in 1956, I knew most of the songs in last night's musical. Some of the classics that you might be familiar with are "A Wonderful Guy", "Bali Ha'i", "Nothing Like a Dame", "Some Enchanted Evening", "Younger Than Springtime" and what seemed like close to 30 songs in all. The original show was nominated for 9 Tony Awards and "won them all", something that I don't think was ever done again for excellence in the theatre.

This version of South Pacific at The Vivian Beaumont Theater in Lincoln Center holds up very nicely to the expectations I have often read about. The show stars Kelli O'Hara, most often remembered for her leading roles in A Light in the Piazza and The Pajama Game. Kelli portrays a Navy nurse, Ensign Nellie Forbush, a young girl from Little Rock, Arkansas now serving in the Navy, somewhere in the South Pacific.

Kelli's love interest is Emile de Becque, played by Paulo Szot. Mr. Szot is an internationally accomplished baritone having been seen in several New York City Opera productions including Le Nozze de Figaro, L'Elisir d'Amore and Carmen. Emile is a local plantation owner and he falls "head over heals" for Nellie.

Mary. Lt. Joe Cable, played very capably by Matthew Morrison, an American Navy officer falls for a local girl named Liat, the daughter of a local middle-aged Polynesian woman called BloodyBloody Mary "keeps the American G.I.s busy selling them grass skirts and other trinkets" that they can send back home to their girlfriends. The Americans are sorely missing home, not to mention a little "recreation", not having seen their loved ones for so long.

On stage we get to see dozens of locals from the island and many Navy personnel as well. I must make mention of the wonderful Scenic Design by Michael Yeargan ("it's worth the price of admission") just to see the fantastic way in which he re-creates his vision for what the surroundings were at the time. In addition, Catherine Zuber does a great job with Costume Design with special mentions for Lighting Design and Sound Design by Donald Holder and Scott Lehrer. Bartlett Sher is the director of this first time revival of South Pacific and he does a superb job at giving us "just the right feel" for what was taking place at the time over 50 years ago.

I've been in the Broadway industry my entire career, having seen several hundred Broadway productions. This beautiful production of South Pacific is coming to Broadway at "just the right time". Many new shows have opened over the past several months, mostly to mixed reviews. I often don't share the views of New York critics and my guess is that they'll have their own interpretation of what takes place on stage when the show opens to reviews on April 3, 2008. For my opinion, although I tend to enjoy most Broadway shows that I get the opportunity to see, I really feel that this revival of South Pacific very capably captures the story about 2 different personal relationships that deal with people of different racial backgrounds as well as the general feeling for what our military people go through emotionally, as well as how "local people" are affected by their presence on native island.

When you are ready to get tickets for an amazing Broadway show, treat yourself to tickets for South Pacific. I'm so glad I got a chance to see Kelli O'Hara and Paulo Szot in this show and am certain you'll be glad you got the chance as well.

Rent Extends Thru September 7

Rent has been extended through September 7th! This is by far the best news I've heard all day. Back in January when they first announced that Rent was closing I knew they would extend. And why not? Even after 12 years, Rent still has a pretty loyal following. Myself included. Now I will admit nothing will ever replace seeing Rent with the original cast. But it's not about that. What brings audiences to the show year after year is the message. It's about acceptance and believing in yourself no matter what others may think about you. It's about acheiving your hopes and dreams in the face of adversity. I can honestly say that it changed my life the first time I saw it. It will change yours as well. See Rent now before it is too late.

A Day In The Life Of A Ticket Broker At Applause Theatre Service

Having been in the ticket selling business for over a decade now I can honestly say I have seen it all. I've seen shows that got amazing reviews and yet struggled to find an audience. I've also seen shows that while maybe not my cup of tea run for years and years.

So what is your favorite show? Rent has been my favorite ever since it opened twelve years ago. However after seeing In The Heights for the second time last week, I think Rent might have some competition. Now don't get me wrong. I love Rent. And nothing will ever change that. But it's nice to see something new and original again on Broadway instead of cartoon and movies turned into musicals. Yes I know they have a place just like revivals do. But that's the good thing about Broadway. There is something for everybody. So see a Broadway show. It is an experience you will never forget.

Get tickets now with Applause Theatre Service for the Incredible production of "South Pacific"

Lincoln Center Theater presents the first Broadway revival of Rodgers and Hammerstein's "South Pacific", which is currently in previews at the Vivian Beaumont Theater.

I saw South Pacific this past Saturday's matinee performance. The owner of Applause Theatre Service was supposed to attend with his wife but had some other matter to attend to and I couldn't turn this opportunity down to see this classic musical. I have been looking forward to seeing South Pacific since I first heard it was finally returning to Broadway and I certainly was not disappointed.

I get a lot of ribbing from my coworkers who make fun of me because I told them of the time I first saw South Pacific with my cousin Johnny at his High School Production and was just blown away by the show, its music and his performance. He played the lead Emile (his performance helped in my interest and pursuit of being an actor!). The show and almost every song gave me the goosebumps and I teared up many times throughout the play (that is why they make fun of me!).

The music moves me even more now and the tears are still there! What classic numbers, each and every one of them. From Some Enchanted Evening, Younger Than Springtime, Bloody Mary, Bali Hai, This Nearly Was Mine, I'm Gonna Wash That Man Right Out of My Hair and on and on. South Pacific is one of the most stunning sets and Broadway productions that I (and my manager Todd who attended with me), have ever seen. A postcard of the South Pacific! Every performer was wonderful with two standouts for me, Paulo Szot (as Emile de Becque) and Loretta Ables Sayre as Bloody Mary (Both Tony nominees in my book). She's a bit creepy but played wonderfully! He is sheer perfection, What a Voice!! Gypsy, has always been my favorite show but now after finally seeing this production of South Pacific, I think I may have to change my choice of shows. Don't get me wrong, this Gypsy with Patti LuPone is great and not to be missed, but if I had to choose Best Revival of a Musical at this years Tony Awards, South Pacific would win hands down.

This is sure to be a huge hit and tickets will be scarce because the critics are going to eat this production up. So order South Pacific tickets now by calling an Applause Expert, 800-451-9930 and get your seats to what is sure to be this seasons most difficult ticket. The theatre is great because it is not a very large house and the seats surround the stage so there is not a bad seat, grab anything you can to see Some Enchanted Evening!!

Bartlett Sher directs and Christopher Gattelli choreographs the new production starring Kelli O'Hara (as Nellie Forbush) and Paulo Szot (as Emile de Becque). Matthew Morrison, Danny Burstein, Li Jun Li and Loretta Ables Sayre also appear in the Pulitzer Prize-winning musical by Richard Rodgers, Oscar Hammerstein II and Joshua Logan.

"Set on a tropical island during World War II," according to LCT, "the musical tells the sweeping romantic story of two couples — US Navy nurse Nellie Forbush & French plantation owner Emile de Becque and Navy Airman Joe Cable & a young local native girl Liat — and how their happiness is threatened by the realities of the war and by their own prejudices."
Above is a glimpse at the production!

Get Tickets To Gypsy Thru Applause Theatre Service

Having never seen a production of Gypsy I walked in with no expectations. From the moment the overture started I was in heaven. I have always been a big fan of Boyd Gaines stage work and I loved him as Herbie. Except for The Wedding Singer, I've never seen Laura Benanti in anything. I thought she was perfect. Now to the star of the show. The diva of all divas. Mama Rose herself Miss Patti Lupone. In all my years of seeing shows, I have never seen anyone command the stage like she did. What a powerhouse. Even if you have seen the show Gypsy before, I strongly suggest that you see this production. You will not be disappointed.

John Lithgow Returns To NYC Stage This Spring

Tony and Emmy Award winner John Lithgow returns to stage this spring in a brand new show directed by his Dirty Rotten Scoundrel's director Jack O'Brien. This one man show called John Lithgow: Stories By Heart begins performances at the Mitzi Newhouse Theatre on April 20 and plays Sunday and Monday evenings thru June 2.

According to press notes Stories By Heart,"is a touching and funny meditation on the art and essence of storytelling. Invoking memories of his grandmother and father before him, Lithgow traces his own history as an actor and storyteller, a history spanning three generations, culminating in a tour-de-force performance of the P.G. Wodehouse story 'Uncle Fred Flits By,' in which the actor performs a bravura, forty-minute comic monologue, spouting Wodehouse's dazzling language – portraying nine distinct, outrageous characters with zany abandon."

Get Amazing Seats Now for the New production of GYPSY on Broadway

I have had the great pleasure of seeing a revival of GYPSY at the St. James Theatre last night in New York City. And what a great night it was.

Gypsy tells the story of an over-bearing "stage mother" and her relentless, and almost abusive way in which she pushes her 2 daughters in the vaudeville business. Their "act" is bad to say the least. When she "pushes away" her younger daughter "June",after years and years of trying to make her a "star", Mama Rose then makes it her mission to do the same with her younger daughter Louise.

Somewhere down the road, after years of chasing success and getting nowhere with their act, Herbie (Mama Rose's prospective 4th husband and the girls manager, mistakenly books the act into an old run-down burlesque house. Down to their last dollar, Louise is pushed into becoming "top of the bill" one night and we get to see in person the act that would become known as "Gypsy Rose Lee".

Although I have been fortunate enough to have seen 23 Broadway musicals and plays over the past year, I can honestly say that this new, very lively and entertaining production "aims to please" from beginning to end. This GYPSY has an amazing cast that includes Boyd Gaines, who plays Herbie. Mr. Gaines has won 3 Tony Awards for Contact, The Heidi Chronicles and She Loves Me. He is an outstanding actor and adds just the right amount of seriousness to this production.

In addition, we get to see another great performance by Laura Benanti, who plays Louise. Ms. Benanti adds a wonderful blend of comedy, singing and acting to her role as Mama Rose's "no talent" younger daughter. She has been nominated for 2 Tony Awards and has most recently been on Broadway appearing in The Wedding Singer.

Mamma Rose is played by one of Broadway's most favorite leading "divas", Patti LuPone. Ms. LuPone has been well known for her starring stage roles in Sunset Boulevard, Les Miserables , Evita, Oliver, Anything Goes, Master Class, Sweeney Todd, Company and several others. She won Tony Awards in Evita and Anything Goes. Her acting is superb and she is well known for her Ethel Merman like "belting out the high notes" quality in her songs. It was a real treat to see her last night.

My co-workers know that I usually like most of the theatre that I go to see. They are right for sure but it is not every day that one gets an opportunity to see a "solid" revival of a classic musical, especially with great acting and fantastic vocal talent as well.

Do yourself a favor. Get yourself a ticket to see GYPSY as soon as possible. Right now the friendly team at Applause Theatre Service in New York City has access to some "insider prices" for this production of Gypsy. The show officially opens to critic's reviews on March 27, 2008 and my guess is that it could very well become one of Broadway's hottest tickets. I really hope it does, the cast deserves the acknowledgement for a job very well done.

Bravo! to Gypsy on Broadway, still holding up to the test of time in 2008.

This is the perfect opportunity for you to see Xanadu, the roller-skating, disco-dancing, glow-stick-waving smash-hit musical! Taking audiences back to 1980 California, this hilarious new musical follows the beautiful Kira, who travels to earth to inspire a struggling young artist named Sonny. A vision in leg warmers and wind- swept hair, she helps this hunky painter find his voice, discover true love and build the world's first roller disco (not necessarily in that order).

The shows legendary score includes such hits as "Xanadu," "All Over the World,", "Evil Woman," "Strange Magic" and "Have You Never Been Mellow?"

Get your tickets now with Applause Theatre Service to see Mario Lopez who will be "A Chorus Line's" next Zach

Producer John Breglio announced March 4 that Mario Lopez, known for TV's "Saved by the Bell," "Extra TV" and "Dancing with the Stars," will make his Broadway debut by joining the cast of "A Chorus Line", beginning April 15th and you can get your tickets right here with Applause Theatre Service.

Lopez will play the shows mostly-unseen god-like director (heard on mic for most of the show) through Sept. 7 at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre. Zach is "the demanding director who is casting the chorus roles for a new Broadway musical," according to producers.
(Die hard Lopez fans take note: Lopez will be on hiatus from A Chorus Line May 11-June 3.)

"Mario is an enormously talented actor and dancer and we are thrilled to have him make his Broadway debut in A Chorus Line," stated producer Breglio. "His talents and charm will transfer beautifully to the Broadway stage."

"Every actor dreams about appearing on a Broadway stage," Lopez stated. "I have as well, and have been searching for the right time and opportunity. A Chorus Line is a legendary musical and I am so honored to have been chosen to join the amazing cast and be a part of the Broadway family."

This is one of the all time Broadway classics and if you haven't caught this great production yet, now you have even more reason to catch one of my favorite shows ever!

A Day In The Life Of A Ticket Broker At Applause Theatre Service

Having been in the ticket business for almost ten years now I have seen and done it all. I first started out as a Ticket Rep with the Roundabout Theatre Company before eventually moving to Studio 54 to work in the box office as assistant manager. By moving from the phone room to the box office my relationship with the general public obviously changed dramatically. Instead of dealing with their questions and complaints over the phone I would now be forced to handle any problems or issues face to face. Now to me I don't care if it's face to face or over the phone when it comes to selling tickets. We are here to provide a service to the theatre going public. A service I think that we here at Applause Theatre and Entertainment do very well. Working in the box office I was pretty much limited to selling one show. Now don't get me wrong. Cabaret was a great show. But after 4 years it was time for a change. Thankfully I got a job here. Now I get to not only sell every show but I get to write about them through our website. Until by boss Rich Gladstone, AKA The Ticket Man told me about it I really didn't know that much about blogging. Now I do. It is hand's down the best way to get your message out there. So if you have a free moment and want to read up on the latest theatre news or want the best deal on tickets check out our website. And if you have any questions give us a call or send us a message on our new Live Chat Service.

Want tickets to any other show On or Off Broadway? Call Applause Theatre Service now. The best seats at the best prices. That's Applause.

It is now rumored that The 39 Steps may move to another Broadway house by popular demand. It is currently playing to sold out houses each night and is only leaving because there is another show scheduled for the American Airlines Theatre.
Also on the good news front, the critically acclaimed play "August: Osage County" http://www.applause-tickets.com/august-osage-county.asp scheduled as a strictly limited run will not be so limited soon. It is moving from its current house at the Imperial theatre, April 22, right next door to the more intimate Music Box Theatre starting on April 29. The only reason it is leaving the Imperial is that the new Elton John musical "Billy Elliot the Musical", http://www.applause-tickets.com/billy-elliot.asp has that house reserved for a September opening and they need to start rebuilding the theater for this show.

So get your tickets now for the new shows before they disappear and go see the shows closing before it's too late! Last chance to see "Is He Dead?" on Broadway with Applause Theatre Service; Patrick Stewart's Macbeth Headed for Lyceum

I am so saddened that this show could not stick around long enough to find an audience. "Is He Dead?" unfortunately is closing this Sunday March 9th.

If you need some BIG Laughs to carry you out of the cold miserable Winter and into the warmth of Spring, RUN to see this hilarious show! It's not to be missed! I still can offer some Applause Insider Deals up to the final matinee performance this Sunday at 3pm. What an amazing ensemble cast, lead by the very funny and talented Tony award winner Norbert Leo Butz (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Wicked).

It is absolutely one of the best shows I've seen in a couple of years here on Broadway. I haven't laughed so hard in a long, long time!

But the Lyceum Theatre will quickly get a new tenant: Rupert Goold's production of "Macbeth" now in a sold-out run at BAM with Patrick Stewart in the title role, will play a limited run at the theater from March 28 to May 24, with an official opening night set for April 8. Tickets will go on sale Monday March 10.

Let them entertain you; Two classic revivals, "Gypsy" and "South Pacific" are now playing on Broadway and Applause Theatre Service has your tickets!

Already running in previews, "South Pacific", starring Kelli O'Hara, began performances this past Saturday March 1st at the Vivian Beaumont Theatre.

And beginning tonight is "Gypsy" starring Patti LuPone at the St. James Theatre. These have two of the best Broadway scores ever written for the stage. This is the first revival of "South Pacific", if you can believe that! Amazing that this hasn't been done since the original production opened in 1949. South Pacific is generally considered to be one of the greatest musicals of all time. Several of its songs, including "Bali Ha'i" "Some Enchanted Evening," "Younger than Springtime," and "A Wonderful Guy" have become worldwide standards. South Pacific is the only musical ever to have won all four Tony Awards for acting. It was nominated for nine Tony's and won all of them.

Gypsy on the other hand has had several incarnations, with the last one just a few years ago with Bernadette Peters(probably the least successful revival). I saw the concert version of this show this past Summer at City Centers Encore series. I was blown away by this show and particularly the three leads, Laura Benati as Gypsy, Boyd Gaines as Herby and the powerhouse Mama Rose herself Patti LuPone who was born to play this role. The musical contains many songs that became popular standards, including "Small World," "Everything's Coming up Roses", "You'll Never Get Away from Me," and "Let Me Entertain You." It is frequently considered one of the crowning achievements of the mid-20th century's conventional musical theatre art form, often called the "book musical."

Gypsy has been referred to as the greatest American musical by numerous critics and writers, among them Ben Brantley and Frank Rich; Rich even goes so far as to call it the American musical theatre's answer to King Lear. Theater critic Clive Barnes wrote that "Gypsy is one of the best of musicals..."

So which one IS the Greatest Musical of All Time? Well you have to check out these great musicals for yourself. Tickets are going fast, so call an Applause Theatre Service sales expert now at 212-307-7050 or order online at our award winning website, http://www.applause-tickets.com/. If you're looking for a great price, act now and mention the Applause Insider Deals.

Buy Tickets Today for Broadway's Newest Hit Musical "In The Heights"

I just came came back home from seeing a great new Broadway musical called In The Heights, playing at the Richard Rodgers Theater in New York City. And what a fun night it was indeed.

In The Heights is a "feel good" musical about a Spanish neighborhood called Washington Heights in New York and the wonderful people that live there. From the corner "bodega" to "Rosario's Car Service", to the corner "beauty shop", this story tells of a people that have all sorts of dreams and desires, some small and some big ones for sure.

There is Nina, played by the amazingly talented Mandy Gonzalez, which she created when the show played last year Off Broadway. Nina returns from Stanford University after less than a year, as her scholarship has been put on hold. She is the one in the neighborhood that is expected to "get out" and make something of herself. Needless to say, her mom and dad are not happy about her putting her education on hold and will sell their small family car service business so that they can get her back to school in the Fall. After she returns home, she starts to fall for Benny, her dad's dispatcher, a nice young kid but someone dad doesn't want for his daughter of course.

In The Heights also tells us of another key relationship between Usnavi, the local bodega owner and Vanessa, a local girl who is trying to get him to notice her. Usnavi is played by Lin-Manuel Miranda who also wrote the music and the lyrics for this spectacular show. A real talent and future Broadway star in my opinion. His use of "good clean rap lyrics" and talent for some very moving Latin music as well as some very soft and sweet love songs depicts an incredible ability to "capture" many emotions throughout the course of the show. He's got his eyes on Vanessa played by Karen Olivo who played the role Off Broadway last year as well as having credits playing in "Rent" and "Brooklyn" on Broadway. She has some intensely great dance numbers where she really "heats" up the show.

Another very talented performer is Abuela Claudia, Usnavi's grandmother, who is the glue that holds this terrific story together. She is the one who is so proud of her heritage and makes it a major point to tell the younger people to go out and "make the dreams happen". And slowly but surely, some good things start to happen for everyone.

This unbelievably talented and incredibly energetic cast of 27 never stops for one minute in "aiming to please" the audience. They all sing and dance like they could go on forever. The band plays like they have so much energy, they could come up on stage and start dancing as well. Really talented musicians conducted by Alex Lacamoire and his associate Zachary Dietz.

I have seen dozens of shows in the past year. I generally enjoy most of the musicals that I get a chance to see but I must tell you that In The Heights instantly grabs you right in and gets you to believe in the community, the people, their hard work ethic and their desire to improve their lives. But most importantly, we get to witness the wonderfully warm feelings and emotions of a people that genuinely care about each other and their desire to never lose sight of who they are and where they come from.

I loved In The Heights and can see this exciting new show possibly walking away with the "best musical" Tony Award this June of 2008 as well as a few other awards for acting as well as music and book with a "shoe in" for an award for choreography for the non stop dancing we get to enjoy.

If you want to see one of the best shows I've had the pleasure of seeing in the past year, treat yourself and get some tickets to see In The Heights on Broadway sometime very soon. In The Heights is a real crowd pleasing show. The entire audience gave this wonderfully talented group of performers, dancers and muscians a well deserved standing ovation. Go see this show and see for yourselves. You'll be glad you did.

Enjoy In The Heights on Broadway, I know you will.
