Another Happy Customer....

They don't call me a chatterbox for no reason. I guess that it is a good thing that I was blessed to talk a lot.....This morning a very nice lady called looking for 4 tickets to Lion King. I checked and told her I could get her seats for $160 per ticket in the Orchestra. She told me that was a little more then she wanted to spend and asked if there were any other seats that were a bit less money. I asked if she was flexible with her dates and she told me what dates would work. I was able to get her seats in the mezzanine for $120 per ticket she was thrilled. She told me she was having visitors from out of town and they were wanting to get to see The Lion King for a few years. I finished up her order and gave her all the information she would need. She then proceeded to thank me for helping her and telling me another company she called would not give her the time of day let alone check dates and work with her. She told me she would be calling Applause the next time she needed theatre tickets. Hey it was all in a days work. So remember for the best seats at the best prices not to mention best customer service call Applause for all you ticket needs.
