Customers talk back with Todd


Priscilla is awesome!

One of my favorite travel agents...I know I say that alot, but I love so many of them! Anyhow Llana is one of my favorites and she called last week and said "Hey Todd, I am spur of the moment going to London and what must I see?". I said well you could see Dirty Dancing, Sister Act or I haven't seen it yet but Claudia in our office saw Priscilla Queen of the Desert in Australia with her mother and they loved it. It is now playing in London and everyone seems to be raving. I then told her how it was based on the movie of the same name, and tells the heart-warming, uplifting adventure of three friends (Drag Queens) who hop aboard a battered old bus (Priscilla) to take their show to the middle of the Australian outback. The music is mostly 70's pop tunes like "I Will Survive" and "I Love the Night Life" and is suppose to have the most amazing costumes. She said sounds like fun, get me 3 good tickets.

Llana sent me an email today which I have posted below as well as a picture above. (Note picture at top left, Lllana and her friend outside theatre, picture on right...not Llana and friend but a picture from the show). Wow, are those costumes outrageous or what?

Home from England and caught up????? Ha! But I wanted to report to you and Claudia that Priscila was awesome. Please note photograph. We had a ball and I can't imagine that this musical won't eventually make it to Broadway. Thanks for the recommendation. Mrs Ingram enjoyed it and John and I loved it.

Based on that, lets's hope it makes it to New York.
