Customer Service at its Best!!!!!

I had a phone call today from a woman wanting to take her family of 7 to see Mamma Mia this Friday night. When I asked what type of seats she wanted she replied "the lowest price rear mezzanine". I took her information and called the theatre to get the seats and was told they were sold out of that price range. I started to do some checking and I found I was able to stay within her budget and got her Orchestra seats for below face value. When I called her back to tell her she was so happy and said she would pass our name out to all her friends and family because we worked so hard to get her family into see the show. Hey, what can I say except it's all in a day's work. For the best seats at the best prices call Applause!!!!
