Customer Story

That's right folk's. It's Monday morning and you know what that means. It's time for the customer story of the week. Last week I got a call from a mother of two who was coming with her family to New York for the weekend and wondered if she could get some last minute tickets to a couple of shows. I asked her if there were any she had in mind and she told me that she wanted something fun that the whole family could enjoy. Since she had kids I suggested Shrek or one of the Disney shows. While she appreciated the suggestion she felt that her kids were too old for that. She mentioned that a friend of hers had seen Blue Man Group and thought that her family would enjoy that. I told her that I could get her great seats to the show and asked if she had another show in mind as well. Since she hadn't seen a lot of shows she asked what my favorite was. Well those who read my blogs know my favorite show is In The Heights. I told her about it and she thought it sounded great. Not only that but I was able to get her and insider deal as well. Another satisfied customer. Will you be next?
