A Word of Caution to Purchasers of Group Tickets
Most of the Applause business is for individuals and small groups. However, if you are buying group theater tickets for your school or Church or any large group and are unable to get the tickets you want, please give us a try.We have gotten so many Help calls from people who have bought tickets from Group Ticket agencies. If you make an order with one of these agencies, they will give you a due date for payment. The problem is if you do not send the money by the due date, your order is cancelled. They do not have the courtesy to call you and tell you that you have missed the due date. They just cancel the order. This can be terribly embarrassing if you are no longer able to provide the tickets to your group after confirming the tickets to them. We just finished getting 50 tickets to Wicked for someone who has been a customer of ours for smaller groups. I can't tell how grateful she was as it was one of her most important customers. We are sending this message out to try to help you avoid this happening to you. Not to drum up business.
It is very important that you pay before your due date. We really don't want you to find yourself in this situation. Many of the people doing this are volunteers who are trying to be helpful. We don't want good people like this to find themselves in this kind of a situation. We do not want it to be a case of "No good deed goes unpunished."
I hope you find this information helpful.
Regards,
Bill Stolting
