Patrick Stewart reunites with rising star director Rupert Goold in the harrowing study of the seductive nature of power, which is moving to Broadway after an acclaimed run at BAM.

Macbeth sells his soul to be king, eventually bringing the terrible consequences of his actions upon himself. With such scenes as the three witches' "Double, double toil and trouble"; Lady MacBeth's "Out, damn spot"; and dinner with Banquo's ghost.
